"Roaches"
I booked this hotel for a business stay, and when arriving the hotel seemed to be a little unkept from the outside. Check in was fine, but our room was not as clean as expected. We went to sleep anyway only to wake up and see 3 roaches in the bed with me. After complaining to the hotels general manager, she called me a liar, refused to refund the amount […] that was supposed to be paid for staying the night coming up, did not offer another room or any type of resolve to the situation, and kicked me out of the hotel without allowing me to shower and dress (even though the room was still payed for through that next night).
