The only reason I stay at this Marriott Courtyard is because of the price and free parking. The other Marriott Courtyards in Washington, DC are at least $100.00 more a day plus parking can run from $25 - $50 per day. Certainly location can't be the only reason for the big difference. I usually travel to Greenbelt Maryland three or four times a year. I like staying at the Courtyard because it is convenient to where I do my visit, it is easy to get to (close to Route 295), has a nice park for walking nearby, and is close to shops, restaurants,etc. The fitness room and swimming pool are very convenient and I often avail of them.
