I was very disappointed in the hotel for the amount of money I spent. The room smelled like an ash tray and it was suppose to be a non smoking room. There was a bug crawling on the floor, reported it to front desk when supervisor came to room and I showed her the bug she told me that those types of bugs a common for the area. ( How comforting!) The […] room had no microwave or refrigerator I was told it had to be requested when booking your room so they didn't have any available. I stayed at a less expensive hotel and it had both in the room. It smoke odor was so bad it was very had to get any sleep in this room. Never again.............
