The Hotel was beautiful and the employees are wonderful. However I will never book a hotel or car rental through Expedia because if you need to change anything your just out. Any changes have to be done through Expedia and the hotel is not involved. This is a basic hotel but it was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and seemed really interested in meeting our needs. The breakfast was very good. Our room did not have a view but we didn't spend much time there with so much to do in Sedona. The pool was small but adequate.

Located in west Sedona but a short car ride into uptown. Hotel staff nice and rooms clean. Breakfast was great and a good start for the day. No views of red rock from our room but were hardly in the room to care.

We enjoyed the comforts and convenience of staying over at the Hampton Inn Sedona. I loved the sunny and spacious dining room for breakfast, the lovely pool and jacuzzi, and the exercise room was just fine for getting a little cardio workout and stretching in before our day of travel.

Never having been to Sedona before, we were torn between staying at one of the ginormous time-share condo resorts outside of town, at a small "boutique" hotel steps from downtown, or at a well-known chain like Hampton Inn. Our choice was a good one. Had our stay been a week-long one, the mega-resort route would have been the way to go. A good location, comfortable room, and something unexpected: Terrific Service from every staff member we encountered. If you want to wake up to a spectacular view from your own private patio every morning, then stay elsewhere. But if you just want a comfy hotel room at a reasonable price, in a good location, and with great service, then the Hampton Inn Sedona is a very good choice. My husband had a business trip and we decided to take a drive up and see Sedona. The hotel was perfectly located to downtown and the room was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast the next morning was the best and offered almost everything you could think of. We will be staying here on our next visit.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, nice amenitites. Did have two occasions where noisy guests came in at 2am and woke us up. Toilet made flushing noise every couple of hours, probably leaky gasket. Otherwise great location and great base for visitting the Sedona area, stayed 5 days.

Great location. Although a car drive away, very close to the center of Sedona. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast included, and coffee/tea and often snacks available throughout the day.

I would stay at this location again if I happen to be in Sedona again. This is my experience for when I stayed there. The room (#106) was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. There is no view from this room. The morning buffet was satisfactory and edible each morning. The food was at room temp and should have been served hotter. The […] music from the flutist in the lobby was wonderful to listen to in the morning. The HVAC system was quite loud and needed to be turned off if you wanted to watch TV without the volume way turned up. There was a cold snap in early February so I needed some heat from the HVAC.
