We had a wonderful stay at the Southwest Inn. Our room exceeded our expectations: it was immaculately clean, reasonably large and charmingly decorated with a southwest vibe. I was really excited about my romantic getaway in Sedona and very disappointed with the hotel where we stayed. The bed was so uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep. We only stayed 1 night but the room was so cozy with our own beautiful gas fireplace. The room was immaculate and had fabulous toiletries. The room came with breakfast in the morning which was very satisfying. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was convenient to all the attractions in Sedona. We will return!

My husband and I stayed at the Southwest Inn for our 25th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved the place. Very cozy and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Very clean, close to town, close to great hiking!

Great Breakfast with healthy choices of homemade burritos and hearty oatmeal with almonds. The pool and hot tub were a great addition after mountain biking the great Sedona Trail system. Some trails near by which was an added bonus. Great Pizza place for slices and beer next door.

They classify themselves as a Boutique Hotel and that is exactly the experience you get. The staff was very helpful from the moment I called to make sure that the king suite I was booking would have either a patio or a balcony. Upon check-in the younger gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, when we asked if there was a wine bottle opener in […] the room he was quick to offer one along with wine glasses as well. The room was very well kept and the bed VERY comfortable!!! If you are looking for a weekend getaway this is a great option. Relics right across the street has great food and great service. Overall, you may pay a little more but this is WAY worth it as an alternative to a standard motel stay. Read more

It was hard to select a hotel at Sedona for me, but I can say I chose a good one! Southwest Inn was small and very comfortable hotel. The amenities were perfect and we loved their hot tab. The traffic was a bit noisy but we would like to come back someday.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Southwest Inn. It was quite comfortable -- actually one of the best night's sleep at a hotel I've ever had! - and the room/bathroom was extremely clean. One "bone of contention" with the hotel management - they originally placed us in a king room that the cable television service was awful, truly unwatchable. When […] I brought this to the management's attention (immediately upon checking in the room), they explained that they knew about the cable problems, that they had the cable provider out to fix it several times, and the building's cable still worked only periodically. They did offer to switch us to a new room, which we immediately accepted, and were pleased that the new room's tv worked perfectly. I feel that a hotelier should not put clientele in a substandard room knowing of its issues, and expect someone to just accept or not notice the problem. For all the great things about this hotel, that one flaw put a bad taste in our mouths. Attention to detail - someone who is staying at a hotel still wants to be able to catch the news on tv, and so the "amenities" should all work as expected. Read more

The nicest place we've stayed in Sedona. We weren't looking for a resort and didn't want to be in the center of town. (I rated the convenience of location high because although it's on the western edge of town, it's near many of the trails, including Red Rock Crossing and besides... it's a really small town!) Quiet, non-smoking property (yay!), beautiful […] room, comfortable beds and bedding, big, well-appointed bathroom, fridge, DVD player (we happened to have a couple with us but you can rent them from the front desk). I especially loved the kiva fireplace with the gas fire. Certainly wasn't cold, but boy did it add to the ambience. Will definetely stay at Sedona's South West Inn again. Staff was very friendly, Tghe continental Breakfast was great,. The mountain view was excellent. We were sorry to have to leave. Could have enjoyed a room microwave to complement the room frig.

A nice motel hotel for a couple of days stay. I wouldnt recommend it for a quick in an out stay because of the cost since the benefits offered wouldn't be used. We had an excellent room. Fuirnished in southwest style. The bed was softer than either of us liked, but the bedding was of good quality. ナチュラル、かわいい、センスある、清潔な、景色のいい、暖炉があって本当に気持ちいいホテルです。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切。寝室にはすごくいいテレビがあったのですが、リビングのテレビは壊れていました。車がないと不便かもしれません。
