the hotel looks nice in the pictures but its very old in the rooms. the neighborhood was not clean. the money I paid was too much for this hotel. the break fast was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. in my room the window seal was broken and they could not fix it so, it was very noisy. "Great hotel, horrible service!"
The hotel itself is really good, comfortable beds, clean rooms, complete breakfast, great interior design and all. We chose it for its convenient location between Disneyland and LA. But I will NEVER come back again because, during our stay, they charged us $4,00 for something (we never found what is was) from their restaurant and they never let us know […] about it (phone call? voicemail? post-it? Hello?!) - the very next DAY when we came back, super tired and hungry, we were locked out of our room!! Seriously, because of 4 dollars! In every other hotel in the world, the least they do is charge you at the END of your stay, when you check out. Anyway, so I was happy to pay the 4 dollars, hoping for a good night's sleep, but no - the door lock started to malfunction and we were locked out for an entire hour. In the end, we complained to the manager, who said she couldn't give us a discount or anything because we had already prepaid, and stated she'd call back the next day with means to apologize for the inconvenience - it's been 2 weeks now and I've never heard back.
