"Nice for the price"
The staff was really nice. All of the entrances are outdoors and the parking was really tight. The walls were thin, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked well, even the iron! "Expensive, not great for families"
Room was nice, clean, well appointed. Had mini fridge, but no microwave or way to heat up food. Neighborhood wasn't the best (homeless mission across the street, bus station next door). "The heart of Billings"
The hotel is very well located in Billings downtown. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Our room was very comfortable and clean but I did find a spider in my bed on the second night. We generally don't like to have an outside door on our room, but the area seemed very safe and we weren't worried about it at all. The hotel could have done a better […] job of letting us know amenities. My husband wanted to work out but we didn't think that they had the facility. We finally found it after our second day there. I never saw the pool, but I'm told there is one. (Of course, it is October, so we didn't expect to use that anyway). The internet is free but we had periods when it didn't work. All in all, I would recommend this hotel just because of the cleanliness and comfortable beds. The hotel also gives you a 10% discount at a lot of local eateries, which is nice. "Good value"
Right downtown and close to a number of good restaurants. Easy to find. It's a motel in what has become the high-rise business district, and wife worried a bit about seeing a few homeless people. Room was large and clean, though the layout was a bit odd (two doors into the bathroom!) Prompt shuttle service to and from airport--even at 4:30 a.m.--and […] wakeup call was reliable. "Best Western Clocktower motel in Billings, Montana"
Good service and services. The free shuttle service to the airport was wonderful. We really appreciated the ability to leave our car in a secure place while we took a flight and had free shuttle service upon our return. "Au coeur de Billings"
Arrivé en pleine nuit de l'aéroport, cet hôtel aura été conforme à nos attentes. Bien accueillis, même à minuit, la réception nous avait même proposé par internet de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport.
