My 83 year old mom and I had the pleasure of staying at the Days Inn in Billings, Montana. The staff was exceptional, the motel was very clean, and the rooms were very comfortable, including the beds. There were warm chocolate chip cookies at the desk in the evening, that were awesome! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is somewhat difficult to find. We arrived later than we expected so we were not able to check out the area until the next day. "Nice overnight stay in Billings"

Nothing spectacular but a clean, comfortable room and right off the freeway. Staff was very friendly. The area is kind of industrial but safe. No elevator was the only down side. They immediately changed us another room, which was slightly larger... however after being in there for a short time we could still smell the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. We were in Billings for 3 nights. Room and hotel was clean. Room is very small. The customer service was exceptional. At one point, when we were still in our room, I ask the housekeeper to just change out our towels for today. I then remembered I needed coffee for tomorrow morning.
