"Poor service"
Ive been to this hotel over a dozen times just first time for this company(but Always paid outright or another company. This was the first time i noticed the room smelled of smoke, the room was smaller, furnature chipped,less towels??? Room service did not remove my trash but took my tip. The older woman at the front desk is rude and aloof to me always […] but always friendly and grinning when my boyfriend comes in to confirm the room (this is our personal ongoing joke with her!!!!)
