"The Cliffs" at Princeville provides a pleasant stay and a "home from home" on the cliffs above Hanalei Bay, Kauai. The ocean view from most of this... community is somewhat distant, the reception staff are totally overworked, however, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Situated near the beach in Princeville, The Cliffs at Princeville - Oceanfront Realty is close to Hideaway Beach, Princeville Golf Course, and Puupoa Beach. Also nearby are Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Pier.

Great views if you stay in building 6,7,or 8. They property is well maintained even the community BBQ's. Units redone within 5-7 years but still has musty smell. Also, may sure you understand that the resort fee, taxes are not included in daily rate, ours turned out to be over $50 a day.
