"Worst experience"
We've been taking vacation in Hawaii every year for the last 4 years and this year was the worst. No internet access (this day and age???), no air conditioner, the refrigerator didn't work the first 2days. We could not keep the milk cool for our kids. No luck with complaint to the management. We felt they just took the money and run because we could […] not cancel our stay at their condos. We were told our place would be cleaned daily. There's no such thing at all.
