"Great hotel except..."
The only problem we had was the noise from the room above us. We could hear the water everytime it was run, including the toilet, and then it sounded like it dripped after that for awhile. Of course this started at 5 a.m. When you are at casinos late, 5 a.m. noise is not appreciated.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Vacuume the rooms better"
The only problem with the room was that there was not a bathroom fan - got very fogged up with shower - and the carpet was vacuumed in the main areas, but for an inch or so sourrounding the baseboards it was very dirty. "Not cheap, not best, but it will do"
We booked this thru expedia. Initial checkin staff lady was rude and non helpful. Wife was about to leave. Valet man Josh saved the day; friendly and helpful. Room was clean and average, but comfortable. When we returned from dinner, there was turn-down service with chocolates. :) Daytime staff were informed of our issue with check-in and were friendly […] and apologetic. Word of caution: parking is horrible. When you check in, try and pull in front of the hotel. There is valet parking, but no real info or signs out front. Pull up, unload, have car parked. The room was very nice except for the fact that I had no good place to use my computer. Another small negative was that the room was on the first floor looking out on a busy street so that I had to keep the drapes closed at all times. The bed was great. "A Bit Disappointed"
The hotel is somewhat older but the rooms were redone about 4 or 5 years ago I believe. The restaurant staff and food were great. The staff for the most part in all other areas are very friendly and helpfull but the maid service leaves something to be desired. We had returned to our room a few days where the toilet, sink and bath tub/shower in the bathroom […] were not cleaned properly.
