"Very Surpised"
Based on the reviews I read before I stayed I was a little skeptical about our stay. On the outside the hotel looks sort of empty and run down but when you go inside its BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely spotless, new everything, good smells and friendly workers. I would stay again if I was staying in the area again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pricey but good location"

"Improving"
The hotel is in the midst of a turnaround. Only stay in the new deluxe rooms (the old rooms feel like a crack house). New rooms are terrific. Luxury bedding, nice decore, good setup all around. My 1 issue was that the air conditioner didn't work properly (and installation flaw by putting the thermostat too close to the unit's airflow. They need to fix […] that hotel wide. Other than that, good service, great room. Be advised that the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. When it's complete it will be a great brand in a perfect location. "Drunk tank"
I mean it's right downtown Rochester and I used it for it's location to prevent drunk driving and it's right next to everything. But in the morning there was a guy passed out in the hallway in his boxers and a shirt over his head I don't know if he was just drunk from the night before or if he was a bum.
