The hotel desperately needs an update- the decor is really outdated, the carpeting is worn, and the caulking in the bathroom could be redone. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice. It's within walking distance of several restaurants and it is a good neighborhood to take a walk and unwind. I read in another review that there […] was no parking available, but the hotel does have a fairly large parking lot. "Great location - poor service"
When we arrived the staff couldn't find our reservation, so they upgraded us to a big room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. That was great! But when we asked for extra linnen and a ironing board, they didn't provide this - despite the fact that we called them at front desk to remind them.
