"Group booking nightmare"
We were not told that there were 6 boy hockey teams staying at the same hotel. We were surrounded by kids and adults shouting, laughing, running, and playing hockey in the halls until after midnight both nights. The sound came up from the atrium and from hallways on both sides of our room. It was like trying to sleep in a war zone. The toilet did not […] flush well and the shower did not drain well. "Caters to Smokers"
This was a potentially a very nice hotel, friendly, and very comfortable. I would have had a very satisfied stay if not for the SMOKE RESIDUE in my room. The carpet smelled of old smoke and carpet freshener. After taking a refreshing shower, the clean towels smelled of stale smoke. The clothes in my suitcase came home smelling of stale smoke.
