"beautiful location"
The property was lovely and the condo-villa we stayed in was spacious and in a good location. The furniture was dated, bathtub towel rack was missing, there was no garbage can in the kitchen, and there was limited closet space. The unit was clean and the gym was well equipped.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very poor customer service, check in time very late, room keys were not working almost at five pm they asked us to wait 20 minutes to received the new keys. The outside door and floor very dirty. At the restaurant the food was delayed for more than an hour. When the food finally arrived we asked for more bread, no more was available for us. Our recommendation […] is to place clear signs Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"South Seas Island Resort -- paradise!"
We stayed in a one bedroom beach villa. We felt as though we were in Paradise! The sunsets were spectacular....our entire stay was perfectly relaxing. Our villa had been updated and was quite clean. The king bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have had in any resort. We were within walking distance to the front desk, Starbucks, convenience store […] and the beach. At the same time, we could easily get to the northern part of the resort by car, walking, bicycle or tram. Although you do pay a $15/day fee per person at this resort, we felt our money was well spent. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were provided at no "additional" charge. Every employee that we encountered was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We were traveling with friends who had small children....they stayed in a bayside villa. Although it was nice, we enjoyed our view more because of the sunsets. Every restaurant we tried at the resort (and on Captiva or Sanibel) was incredibly "child-friendly". We will definitely return to this paradise! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
