"Avoid - dirty and run down"
Knowing this location and how much this hotel is probably used, there is really no excuse for the condition and lack of upkeep. We won't be back for sure. I'm not normally one to complain or be negative about anything. However, this was a very poor value. The room was cold upon arrival, the floor sank near the heater where table and chairs were which made me wonder about the construction. "Bad choice"
It was late when we arrived. We had no problems getting to the room. The lady be hide desk was nice. The room smelt bad, there were burn holes in the bed linen. Stains on the carpet and on the bed spread. The door knob was ready to fall off the door. The bathroom floor was dirty all along the edge next to the wall. "Most disgusting hotel ever"
I have stayed at this hotel before a few years ago. I'm not sure what happened to it, but it was absolutely awful. What a dump! Bathroom floor had cracked tile and there was mold on the bathroom wall. My room did not have a hair dryer or coffee pot. I was told there were no other rooms available to switch to. This is the worst motel room I have ever stayed in. It smelled terrible. The blankets looked like they came from Goodwill. There were mattresses in the parking lot, laying on the ground. "Dingy, Dank, and Dirty--Don't Go"
This was our worst hotel experience ever. There were multiple problems in the room--dirty, malfunctioning air conditioner, torn and mismatched lamp shades, clogged sink, scuzzy bathroom, dirty boxsprings, cold air blew in around door jam--outdated hotel. Ok for a hunting cabin; not for an overnight family stay no matter how inexpensive.
