"Great staff.... poor maintenance"
I booked into this hotel based on the reviews of the website. I was quite dissatisfied with the facility. The first night we found that the mattress had a huge dip in the center. On request, we were moved to a comparable room, only to find that the television didn't work. We were then moved to a third room which was satisfactory, but nothing special.
