Les quiero comentar que esta vez que estuve en mcallen, mi estancia en el hotel super 8 fue de muy mala experiencia. Al llegar al hotel y dar el nombre de mi reservacion me dan la llave y cuando llego a la habitacion habia un olor espantoso de cigarro impregnado en todo el cuarto desde la alfombra hasta la cama y habia hasta ceniceros. Regrese a la […] recepcion alegando que yo habia pedido una habitacion NON- SMOKING y que eso decia el correo que me envio Hoteles.com de la reservacion que hice y pague por telefono y la persona de la recepción me dijo que en su sistema no le aparecia esa indicacion y que ademas era la unica habitacion que habia disponible y que lo unico que podia hacer era que yo me cambiara de hotel y cuando le pido que minimo me de un aromatizante para cubrir el horrible olor a cigarro de la habiatacion, me da un atomizador que en realidad era pura agua sin olor, no sé si quiso burlarse de mi o qué paso, pero lo que me dio no era un aromatizante. Decidi ya no hacer mas corajes y yo misma fui a walmart a comprar un aromatizante para la habitacion. Fue una experiencia muy mala. No volvemos a hospedarnos en ese lugar. Read more

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cómodo, limpio. El único detalle es que el desayuno tiene muy poca calidad, se sirve de 6 am a 10 am y si uno llega a desayunar a las 9.30 am ya no hay casi nada para comer. Por lo demás, todo excelente. Lo recomiendo.
