We stayed at this hotel to save money to go to Rennsport at Laguna Seca. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the room had everything we needed.... There are no frills here, but do not take that to mean you won't have everything you need. There is a refrigerator in the room, a microwave, coffeepot, and hairdryer! There is no pool, but we wouldn't have time to use it anyway. Everything was in working order and the beds were very comfortable. What a great value!! by a Hotels.com guest on 10/18/11

The control on the air conditioner unit was faded so I couldn't see wat setting was for cool. I tried them all and it never got cool. I told the front desk and asked for another room. not satisfied, the owner has no education and does not know customer service, is a person as 45 years or so. I have a triple AAA card and I applied the discount because I did not even ask for it. The hotel isn't in the best area but the room was surprisingly comfortable and clean.. it has all the basics a bed, tv, fridge, microwave ect... Because its off the freeway it was really noisy but it wasn't a bad hotel and I would stay there again if I was on a tight budget..

My wife requested a change of rooms for health reasons and the manager (George) graciously accommodated her. The neighborhood is not the best but we had no problems whatsoever. Location is close to the freeway but noise was not bad. The price is right compared to similar places in Monterey.

HOTEL REASONABLY CLEAN. THE FREEWAY TRAFFIC IS UNBEARBABLE AT NIGHT! I WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL. THEIR SO-CALLED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS STAID CEREAL, NO COFFEE, ETC... FRONT OFFICE STAFF NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND ENGLISH-SPEAKING LIMITED.

Paid too much for room. Was very disappointed. Had my secretary make the reservation. From now on I book my own rooms. The sound of the freeway was all I heard all night. If you are a business traveler I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you are a truck driver looking for for a quick shower and a place to park the rig, look no further.

Breakfast at 8 AM with only cereal and sweet rolls, You are lucky if you go for breakfast and the receptionist is awake, to bad I have to wake up the lady to prepare breakfast. You can not find any body in the desk when you need something

Friendly hotel by the freeway, but well sound proofed. Local Hispanic supermarket has loads of fresh food at good prices. Locals very friendly if you are friendly with them. Not the most beautiful situation, but rooms were clean and service helpful. Easy to get to beautiful coastline.
