I was a little flabbergasted by the one front desk person working when we checked in. Apparently there was a high school group that was staying there and he kept getting complaints but couldn't reach a chaperone. All of this while trying to check people in. I LOVED everything about this hotel. The bathroom was updated and clean, the beds had crisp fresh linen, and fluffy pillows, and the staff was very nice.
