I was disappointed there was no jetted tub in the bathroom (it said there were jetted tubs in some rooms in the ad). There were no towel racks, and it would have been nice to have a small table under the bathroom window to put things on as all there was was the back of the toilet. I didn't get to park in front of my room that spot was taken after I […] got done with my business. I couldn't read the dials on the air-conditioner because it was too dark even with all the lights on, it was in the closet area; odd place for it.. Based on the reviews I read, I expected this to be a much more pleasant property. The room was small and clean, barely adequate. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was very dark-- hard to to read except directly underneath the beside lamp. There was no channel guide for the TV. I never did locate an ice machine. Before I arrived, I called to explain […] I'd be arriving late and asked if there were a place I could bathe and groom my dog. I was assured there was and it would be ok. When I got there, there was nothing on the property. They were referring to some remote facility I never did find (and wasn't open at 11:00 at night anyway). I had to show my dog the next day unbathed and ungroomed-- very disappointing. There were no irons in the room, only a "half-size" tabletop ironing board. I went to the office to ask for an iron and was pressed to give out my room number in front of a man who was obviously drunk and had been bothering me for several minutes before the clerk came out to help. The deadbolt on the door did not fit properly, and I was never sure it was completely secure. Overall, the place had a rather creepy feel to it. Read more
