"Worst service ever"
One of the days we were there, the room wasn't cleaned in the morning. We came back to take a nap and the cleaning lady came. I asked her to come back in an hour and she questioned what we were doing in our room and why we wouldn't let her clean right then. Another night I came back to our room and our keys didn't work. We went to the front desk and […] there was a note saying "Be right back" and a phone number on the bottom. We waited 10 minutes and noone still showed up. I called the number and a girl answered and said she would be there in a minute. About five minutes later she came back, no apology or anything. She gave me new keys but didn't even ask my name, just room number. 30 seconds later the other girl that worked up front came running in. The girls were giggling and looked very out of sorts. A few days later the same girl was in the dining room and an elderly lady asked her how to use the waffle maker. She said, "Read the directions." and walked away. "Aweful customer service"
I was very dissatisfied with the customer service of the motel staff. I had called and made my reservation through an agent at Hotels.com. I chose this motel specifically because they were pet friendly. The Hotel.com agent informed me that I was confirmed and paid-in-full. Upon arrival at the motel I was informed by the woman working at the front desk […] that I owed another $15 for a pet fee. I explained that the Hotels.com agent said I was paid-in-full. The motel agent was very rude, rightegeous and basically said that I could either pay the fee or leave, forfeiting my paid night. The agent in the morning was not much better, although she did come around when she learned that I made my reservation through an actual person, as opposed to the Internet. After that she was quite nice. While I'm not denying that Hotels.com agent may have some responsibility for not knowing/explaining about the pet fee upon arrival, I am saying that the whole situation could have been handled way better by the motel staff. "Don't leave valuables in vehicle"
My truck was broken in to and everything was taken. Over $200 in food, clothing and personal items. I would not recommend this motel unless you completely unload your vehicle and move all valuables to your room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Sent worker to stay there for 4 days and someone came into his room into the middle of the night. Some weird stuff going on at this hotel. "Indifference = a bad stay"
We were assigned a room that had a known door lock problem. Of course they didn't share this with us until we had to have the door card re-programmend for the 3rd time in 2 days. Their response "Oh yea, it's a real problem" . I asked to talk with the manager about this, they responded "you can leave a message, but he won't call you". On day 2 the room […] wasn't cleaned. Their response "maybe she had trouble with the lock?". They have a coffee machine in the room, but had run out of regular coffee. All in all it was a terrible place to stay.
