we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the sleep inn for the price. i am extremely picky about hotel cleanliness so if i liked it, most people should. we checked in a little late (8pm) and the front desk guy was super friendly, polite, and helpful. the location was right next to multiple restaurants, shopping, and whole foods (where […] we bought deli items to eat in our room). it's a little bit outside of downtown but only about 5 minutes. it was very quiet and they allow dogs which is super awesome because we didn't have to leave our dog at home. the fee for having her there was very small. there isn't a fridge or microwave but we didn't need them and they weren't missed. we will stay again when in bend, oregon. "It's a solid 4..."
Small rooms, but had a work place, flat screen TV and was clean throughout. I blitzed in and out for just one night. The pool looked good but I didn't use. The hotel staff and service was really good. The hotel was recently updated in some aspects, however the heater/AC unit in our room was old and didn't work well. This hotel was close to the hospital which was a main concern of mine. I read the reviews before booking and was pleased to find a coffee maker, refrigeragter and microwave in the room. The shower was very nice, but as mentioned there was no bath tub. I had no trouble getting on the internet, but others have. "not what I expected"
They checked us in to a room that was not what we had reserved and were overbooked so could not accomodate what we wanted and had originally reserved.
