The beds are old and not very comfortable and the breakfast is nice just not much to choose fromGenuine Hotels.com guest review
So for the money we paid we could of got same stastandard room else where but better quality. The carpet was dirty socks are no longer white, bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. We didn't know there was no elevator in hotel and we stayed on 2nd floor. Not a great hotel only thing good was the shuttle for hotel. Will never stay there with them again […] over all bad experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was as expected except for the motorcycle club that stayed there the same weekend. Their riding into the parking lot at 1:00 to 2:00 in the morning with motors revving and their loud conversations in the hallway made for sleepless hours over a rather busy weekend. "Comfortable and a good price"
Good location and very nice staff. The room was super clean and comfortable. Price was right.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only negative would be location- it was right next to a truck stop. Had no specific issues with our stay. Staff was friendly and room was clean and bed was comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"excellent price, nice place to stay"
Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable. While not exactly in Bricktown, the motel provides an on-call shuttle, which is much more convenient than dealing with traffic, parking, and the other problems associated with driving in a congested urban area. The neighborhood is an industrial one, with a truck stop next door, but […] the noise level was low during our stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We will stay here again next trip to OK City. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel with a shuttle..."
Friendly and helpful staff... Nice pool... Nice rooms and you cant beat the shuttle, it takes you just about anywhere in the area and will pick you up... Well worth it. We stay here every time we are in OKC (if there is vacancy).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A nice quiet hotel"
spacious. Brick town is walkableGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Inattention to details"
Water in bathroom sink has constant leak for two days we were there. Perhaps poor communication between cleaning staff and maintenance. Out of state library book was left on the sheet of unmade bed. Did not anticipate sheets being washed since we were scheduled for another day. Book was gone, probably wrapped in used sheet. Not recovered by laundry […] . Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Bricktown attractions"
The hotel's condition is failing. For some reason there was plastic taped to the ceiling and walls in two of the halls, that I had to walk through to get to my room, There was a washer and dryer on my hall that ran constantly, with housekeeping stuffing linens and towels in constantly. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. I got […] too cold and had to turn it down. It was rainy so I didnt get to try the pool. The check in staff spit out the rules and regs and directions to my room, so fast that I couldnt follow her. The person who answered my questions by phone was very nice and helpful. I liked the fact that it is on a large route that takes you to Bricktown attractions easily. They do offer a shuttle service to downtown if you need it. So, for the money and a short stop trip, this hotel will fill the bill. But if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place to stay. Meets my minimum needs. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location. Minutes away from downtown."
Was there for the Brino Mars concert. They took us and picked us up. Everything was clean, dont let the outside fool you. Its not modern with flat panel TVs but nice and clean enough to come backGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice, quiet hotel near Bricktown"
Hotel offered a wonderful shuttle service to Bricktown so we didn't have to park there. They ran 24 hours a day so we could do anything and still have a ride home. Pool was very clean and so was our room. Overall....a great experience!Genuine Expedia guest review

"No Hot Water"
First, the room was so humid and was either hot and sticky or freezing. There was no in between. Second, the power went out at 1am and came back about 3am but due to the outage, the water heater went out and they did not offer any compensation for us not being able to take a shower. It was about 10:30 when we were trying to shower and their only response […] was, "Somebody is working on it." and after being in that humid room, we really needed a shower. Lastly, we were waiting at the front desk and someone called to cancel their reservation. The front desk attendant was so rude, the guy on the other end hung up. What she said was not rude, but she said it to they guy like he was an idiot. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Edge of Bricktown"
When you enter the lobby, you know you are going to be underwhelmed. The only way you can get to the center of Bricktown is by the hotel shuttle. The staff was courteous. The shuttle driver was prompt going both ways. This Hotel should not be listed in the Bricktown Zone. I travel all the time. 3 stars does not mean you won't get a 2 1/2 star hotel […] . "Wonderful and convienent"
This hotel was more than I expected. I had read the reviews , that is what made me decide on this location. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed the shuttle that took us everywhere we wanted to go. No parking problems, the pool was clean and simply wonderful after a long drive to get there. We never had to wait very long […] for the shuttle and the drivers were all top notch. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone. "Shuttle excellant - reason to return!"
Long, Long, Long walk to room 141, if you are not driving you should ask for room close to main entrance!!! Shower didn't work so had to take bath. Otherwise good place to stay. The shuttle was wonderful and entire staff was wonderful!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"The Shuttle is Perfect"
The only reason I continue to stay here is the shuttle that runs 24 hours to Bricktown. The hotel is alright not in the best neighborhood but there are security guards. Never had any issue here. Will stay again because the price is always good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Did not meet any of my expectations"
This was not a 3 star hotel as advertised on this site. It looks horrible on the outside and although the rooms are clean, the hallways look like there was a flood and the carpets have an odor. The shuttle to Bricktown was in a van that did not have working seat belts and the driver didn't mention it as we drove away, leaving my son not strapped in. […] When we asked he said, Yes some don't work, not asking if he should pull over to make sure everyone has a seatbelt. Was very disappointed to end my travels with this hotel. "Older hotel, clean"
Would I recommend this hotel...Wish they had a maybe button; The hotel is an older, clean and the staff was nice. I was slightly disappointment in the rating of the hotel when I made my reservation it was rated 3-stars on must sites I would say it was 2-2.5 star at the most. The 24 hour shuttle to Bricktown was great!Genuine Expedia guest review
We were comfortable and the price was right. We only slept there so it served us very well. There was some partying at about 3:30am that woke us up, but it only lasted about a half an hour.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not a Place for Business Folks"
This is an old glory type of place. It is mostly empty. Not a place where professionals stay. This is one of the few pet friendly places, so expect a lot of dogs in rooms, sometimes barking through the night. And I wonder about what they do on the carpets. There's a bar in the hotel, but in the two different weeks I have stayed there, I only saw it […] open once, and even then the bartender was closing it, and this was early in the evening. "Nice hotel for the money"
The hotel rooms are nice but the breakfast was kinda cheap. Overall since it is the lower price hotel and just a few blocks from bricktown it was a good deal. I would stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Old and smelly"
This hotel was by far the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed . This was not a 3 star hotel. The hotel is old, carpet is dirty and nasty and we saw a few drunks in the parking lot....will never stay there ever again. Would rather sleep in my car Than in this hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"The shuttle service saves the day"
Good hotel for the price. Bad location but the free shuttle service saves the dayGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It does the job"
The Knights Inn is relatively close to Bricktown, which makes it's major perk their shuttle service to and from Bricktown great. The staff is always pleasantly nice and helpful, while the hotel itself could use some major renovation. With my last stay the air conditioning was out in the main part of the hotel making the inside muggy and musky. Fortunately […] the rooms have individual units so the stay was decent enough. The area is a bit on the grimy side, but then again isn't a lot of OKC? Regardless, my stay was comfortable and the price was good. I'll stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel room was big and clean. The personel were GREAT! Everyone was very hospitable. The shuttle service was wonderful and the gentleman driving was so personable and informative. It was an absolutely GREAT experience. We visited the OK City Bombing Memoria (very powerful) and the 45th Division Museum (again very powerful).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect if You Understand What You're Getting"
This hotel is nothing super-special. There are some maintenance issues that could be addressed - but nothing horrible. The free breakfast is fairly standard hotel breakfast fare - including the obligatory waffles! :-) There are three GREAT things about this hotel. First it is NOT in Bricktown - and that means that it costs about half (or less) than […] the hotels that ARE in Bricktown - and there are no charges for parking. Second, it DOES allow small pets at no additional fee - we were travelling with a small dog, so this was a big deal!! And, Third, they have an AWESOME shuttle service! They will cart you and your friends just about anywhere in the downtown area, 24/7 - AND they will come back and pick you up as well! So, let me get this right - you can park for free, then they will drive you where you want to go AND come back and pick you up - at about half the price of "downtown" hotels. What's not to love? Incidentally, we asked for a shuttle ride in the morning - before check out - and the owner of the hotel took us to our destination and picked us up again. He seemed like a very nice guy who is very interested and involved in the overall success of Oklahoma City. And, they take their 24/7 shuttle service policy VERY seriously!! As the "primary driver" on this trip, I thought it was awesome to have someone else navigate "downtown" on our behalf. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel away from city center"
The location was not desirable at all. Safety was a constant concern. Staff was friendly and ready to assist in any way. Breakfast was available warm although limited. Access to city functions was available although some distance form the facility.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't get a room by the pool!"
We had a terrible experience with our one night stay at Knights Inn. We had a group of young people outside our room by the pool at 12:00 midnight and when I just got almost asleep one of them screamed to the top of their lungs and I jumped at least two foot in my bed and almost had a heart attack. Our patio door led out to the pool area and evidently […] there is no sound proofing materials on the door or walls in the room and we might as well have been sitting out there with the entire group. We called the service desk and they eventually run them out and then when just about got to sleep again they were yelling in the halls by our door. I don't think any of us (all 3) got hardly a wink of sleep all night. Bad, bad experience...I would not recommend this motel to anyone. :( Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Close to OU Medical Center"
Pleasant stay. It is an old Hotel but clean and friendly. It's not really in Bricktown, but we stayed for medical reasons. Great location for getting to OU Medical Center. I recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A Safe Haven in a Tornado!"
The room was very basic. Our air conditioner leaked onto the carpet the entire week that we were there. The room was cleaned daily and they tried to absorb the water but our socks still got wet if we walked into the area. The breakfast was good and the two ladies working the breakfast room were very nice. We didn't use the shuttle, but others seemed […] very happy with it. The location of the hotel was great for the event we went to OKC for. Overall we were pleased with the hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not in Bricktown"
I got this hotel on one of the unlisted deals; at first I was okay with, it thinking it would be in close proximity to brick town however that is not the case. It is isolated by itself. If you are just looking for a bed is is decent at best. The beds are very uncomfortable and the amenities of the facility are basically non existent. My advice, stay […] somewhere else and spend the extra to be exactly where you want. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not a good trip"
This hotel is NOT in Bricktown. It is in a very bad neighborhood where I did not feel safe. Our room flooded due to the rain so we had to put towels down to try to soak it up, and the maids did not clean any of it up. The room smelled like moldy towels. The TV went out and the pool was out of service. However, the free shuttle was nice.Genuine Expedia guest review
The carpet was not clean, and the bed was hard as a slab of wood. Not a memorable place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean, convenient location, comfortable"
The hotel looked a bit rough from the outside, especially the side where all the rooms' windows face. Despite the initial view, the inside was pretty nice, very clean, the front desk lady was very sweet. My room was very clean and comfortable. I thought their continental breakfast was a bit lacking, mostly breads, sweets, and carb foods--would've liked […] to see some instant eggs and frozen precooked sausage at least... There was also noisy events going on both days of my stay, like some freestyle rap/hip hop thing in one of the banquet rooms by the lobby. The music was so loud you could clearly hear the vulgar lyrics and swear words. Besides that, I had a wonderful stay, I was very pleased with the 24 complimentary shuttle to bricktown, and I recommend this hotel to anyone. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Fairly satisfactory stay"
We were deceived by the name as we thought it was in walking distance to Bricktown (definitely isn't but there is a shuttle!) but other than that, the hotel was a decent stay for the money.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Low Budget but trying."
A little bit of false advertising with the name "Bricktown" in the name. But the free shuttle to Bricktown, about a mile away, makes up for the lack of proximity. Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are a plus.Genuine Expedia guest review
Nothing fancy about toe rooms, just your basics. Wish our bathroom had bigger sink and counter and fan. The staff is amazing! They will shuttle you in and out of brick town any time of day or night at no charge! And they are extremely nice and accommodating, especially for us when we were in town for the marathon.Genuine Expedia guest review
SHOWER - The hotel was fine except there was NO HOT WATER! My husband took a cold shower in the evening, but failed to inform me - so the next morning I found out for myself! I hate cold showers -Genuine Expedia guest review

"Disappointing compared to Expedia's Star Level"
My room was ok but everything showed some age. Overall I was satisfied but this hotel is well short of the 3.5 stars shown by Expedia Unpublished, and the corresponding rate that I paid. Common spaces were nice enough and the outdoor pool and area looked nice for when the weather is right.Genuine Expedia guest review
