"Clean hotel...TERRIBLE service"
Only 1 person working (seriously) no rooms ready until after 5pm...3:00grnty check in...my family along with 20+ others had to sit in a lobby until check in...no food or drinks available.l.check in girl was totally stressed and let it known to everyone. "GREAT LOCATION"
The breakfast was great Eggs, Ham, Pancakes, Fruit, Oatmeal, Assorted Breads, Yogurt, Juice, Coffe, Hot Chocolate excellent. The room was roomy (KING BED), the surrounding area was quiet. A large shopping area is very close and plenty of restaurants as well. The staff was very friendly as well. Hot cookies are served at night as well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great stay at a great price"
Room was exactly what we needed. Bigger than a normal hotel room since we were staying a week didnt want to be crowded. Excellent location. Close to lots of restaraunts and the mall.
