When we arrived, we found out that they hadn't processed our online reservation yet. They were very apologetic and quickly upgraded us from a standard... 2 Queen bed room up to a suite and gave us a late checkout. The room was beautiful, with amazing views and excellent amenities. Each of the staff members we talked to were very friendly and the hotel was nice and quiet. This is off the main road a bit, but still easily accessible.
