There was a group of youngsters who were screaming and banging on doors from 23.00 hours to 2am. The reception did not answer when I called down and when I made a complaint in the morning I was told that it could not have been so. I think this is appalling. I paid my hotel for one night. That's all. i didn't do anything else. I just went there to sleep and for no reason they charged me 106 dollars more. Typical from people who just want to create problems with guests - I guess they want me calling them all the time complaining about their bad service - the internet password they never gave me because when […] i called the reception no one answered.
