Fiquei entusiasmado na minha última estada no Pestana São Luís em jan/fev 2010. Tudo perfeito. Nesta última passagem março/2011 por este mesmo hotel notei algumas diferenças negativas, como o serviço de camareira confuso e mal realizado obrigando-me sempre a solicitar toalhas, shampoos, cremes e até mesmo arrumação do quarto já nofinal do dia ao voltar […] cansado de um dia de passeio.
