"Nice rooms."

I would rate this hotel as pleasing. For the price, I thought it was expensive compared other hotels (i.e. Hyatt Place) I have stayed at in Pleasant Hill. We have stayed at this hotel many times. I checked in and let them know my husband wallet had been stolen but he would be coming by and needing a key. They assured me it would not be a problem as I was to be gone all day. I received a call from my husband that evening saying they refused him a key and that they were very rude. "Residence Inn in Pleasant Hill, CA -- East Bay"
There were five of us staying in our room at the Residence Inn. The configuration of the room/suite was perfect. We all had plenty of room to relax and get ready in the morning.
