No hot water for shower except at 5 AM. The room heater did not work and had to be fixe. Toilet plugged and had to be plunged.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Did not get charged the corporate rate. I had asked twice about that and the man said not for PG&E. Requested quit room but go noisy room (facing street) without balcony even thou I had booked it w/balcony. Very bad coffee.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good hotel--marginal breakfast"
The hotel was as one expects at a Hampton Inn--clean, generous size rooms, etc. The breakfast, however, was very meager and the offerings help explain our obesity problem: all carbs and sweet stuff. It would be nice to have a yogurt that isn't full of sugar or a hot dish that isn't all fat.
