The Metromover links the AmericanAirlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace, the Brickell Avenue financial district, the Miami Art Museum, and many other central attractions. Passengers can transfer to the Metrorail to venture north and south. The Port of Miami is near downtown, as are three ethnic enclaves: Little Haiti, Little Havana, and Liberty City, the historic African-American neighborhood.

"Nightmare!! take this place from your list!"

"Good location"
The hotel is in a very good/centric location. It was very clean but not all like in the pictures, it looked like a totally different place! So definitely it was not what i expected... "Decent Place to Stay"
Front desk was a little disinterested in assisting. We had to ask them for a baggage cart, even though we were four adults with plenty of luggage, and they really just seemed disinterested and unapproachable. The location is ok, withing walking distance to bars and clubs...I can't say we felt 100% safe walking there, though. Publix and Walgreens withing […] walking distance. Short drive to Bayside and South Beach. We had a great view of the city, and the rooms were clean enough (one fake fingernail in guest bedroom). People do live in these condos, so there was noise of a large dog barking, as well as some sort of large caged bird that hollered at all hours of the night. "Residences 1st at Brickell"
This is not a hotel it is a rental building or condo and certain units are rented out. They do not change the towels and the only type of units available are one queen bed and 2 twin bed rooms. Other than that the place is in a good location and was very spacious.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Spacious Apartment"
These are private apartments and we stayed 3 nights and it was good value for money as there were 5 of us. The apartment was spacious with a large main bedroom / ensuite and a smaller second bedroom with twin beds. The toiletries were of a good standard. The disappointing things about the apartment was, the second bedroom cupboards were non-existent, […] the blankets were of a poor standard. Lack of information regarding the surrounding area for travellers eg. supermarkets, restaurants, monorail - we were not able to make international calls from the room, only USA and Canada. The apartment was close to the railway station and the monorail was free. Its a bit noisy, although the windows are double glazed, you can still hear the trains passing. There are great restaurants nearby which we found on the last day of our stay. There were only security staff on duty in the lobby and you had to call a number or email if you had a query, both times answers were unhelpful. Not suitable for an international traveller. "Groot en leeg zonder aanspreekpunt of service"
Kamers worden door hoteleigenaar gehuurd. De weergegeven kamer hoeft dus helemaal niet de kamer te zijn die je krijgt. Onze kamer was volledig uitgewoond. In de keuken had minimale inhoud wat borden, glazen, bestek en pannen betrof. De kamer was groot en heel leeg. De stoelen en bank waren zo oud dat het voelde alsof er helemaal geen vulling meer in […] de zittingen zat. Er was nauwelijks kunst aan de muur en er stond 1 gerafeld kunstplantje in de hoek. In de slaapkamer was de vloerbedekking op meerdere plaatsen ontrafeld. Personeel beneden is slechts een doorgeefluik en kan dus niets voor je betekenen. Ze willen dit meestal ook niet en zijn ontzettend onvriendelijk en bot. Bij ons was niet de juiste sleutel aanwezig en het heeft ruim 5 kwartier geduurd voordat er iemand was met de goede sleutel. Dit was een slechte start en de kwaliteit van de kamer en de buurt waarin het hotel ligt hebben dit absoluut niet goed gemaakt. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Gebucht war eine Suite mit drei Schlafzimmern, erhalten haben wir zwei Schlatzimmer plus Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. "Dieses Hotel gehört aus dem Programm!"
Ich und ein Freund haben dieses Hotel anfangs Mai gebucht. Wir haben ein Appartement mit 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmer gebucht und bezahlt. Bei unserer Ankunt hat man uns ein Zimmer mit französischem Bett zugeteilt. Da es sich um eine Wohnresidenz handelt, war es sehr schwer zum reklamieren, da die sogenannte "Reception" nicht zuständig ist für die Zimmer. […] Nach einem Telefonat hat uns dann die zuständige Person versichert, dass er in 10 Minuten bei der Residence sei und wir das Problem besprechen könnten. Als nach zwei(!) Stunden niemand aufgetaucht ist, hat man uns am Telefon mitgeteilt, dass wir dieses Zimmer nehmen müssten oder allenfalls selbst für ein Zimmer in einem andern Hotel sorgen sollten. Wir haben schon vor unserer Buchung ähnliche Beurteilungen über dieses "Hotel" gelesen, jedoch nicht gedacht, dass es wirklich so schlimm ist.
