Stayed there one night on business. Didn't try any of the food so cannot comment. Appears to be upscale Best Western although I have not stayed in Best Western in years. Price was right is why I picked. Nothing great about the neighborhood or view from hotel. Newer accomodations. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Coffee maker in my room did […] not work. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and spacious. However, there are not enough parking spots. If you arrive after 9pm, you'll be hunting for a spot on the street in one of Miami's less-nice neighborhoods.

The hotel stay was good. The staff friendly and very helpful. One downside is that we stood on the airport curbside for 1 hour waiting for the shuttle to come when we arrived in Miami.

The beds were great... thank goodness.... because the room I had was below water pipes, so all I heard was rushing water and it was VERY LOUD. One review said they had a free shuttle to the Marlins game, but not true. It's $15 for the shuttle, or just $10 for a cab. I believe this is the newest near airport Best Western in Miami. It could not be more convenient - a straight shot down the road to return the rental car and then just take the train to the airport. The bed was comfy but the coffee machine was not working in my room. The room door would not latch smoothly., so make sure you push it hard all the way and lock it. The guest book said breakfast buffet was included, but it was not... Internet connection does not use a secure password. Yet, I liked the convenience of the location.

This was the second time I stayed at the Best Western Premiere in Miami and for the second time I was impressed by the high quality of its facilities and superior level of its personnel. Do not hesitate to stay there whether for business or tourism and just make sure you hire a car, because is hard to find a taxi around in Miami!
