This hotel was a complete waste of money. We thought we would stay here versus the regular JM Marriot due to it being a bit upscale. We booked a room and did not get the one booked. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything people around you are doing. Although the room is nice and modern, there is much to be desired, especially for the price. […] I would highly avoid this place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hear your Neighbors Here"
This hotel is modern and nice inside, but certainly not worth the price. We stay for an anniversary and were very disappointed. The walls are very thin. We were up all night listen to neighbors. I expect to hear some noise but we could hear everything people were saying. No one wants to hear what other people are doing in their rooms and no one wants […] people to hear them. For the price you are better staying at the reg JW. Nothing special here. The breakfast is okay and best. When mentioning to management, the could have cared less. Way too many places to stay in downtown Miami. Avoid this place if possible. Unless you want to get to know your neighbors. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very weird place, would not return.."
The weirdest designed hotel ever. Perfectly nice staff, but the rooms very uncomfortable. Air conditioning sounded like a freight train, so loud it was unreal. Extremely high tech everything in the room to the point of being ridiculous. Bathroom as big as a studio apartment in new york with no bath tub, sink that was so small you could not even wash […] your hands and no water pressure to speak of in either the sink or shower. No head board on bed so pillows kept slipping down the back, useless telephones and front desk service, they just did not answer the phone. There was no instruction manual in the room...room service menu? Do they have room service? No indication, no answer at front desk, no information at all on the room about anything...how to use phone, how to dial outside line, gym? Other services, a complete mystery...would not return. Jsut sort of silly, the whole place, and as an FYI, this billed as a " boutique hotel" inside a Marriott hotel, weirder still.. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
