Truly awesome and beautiful hotel. It's far from South Beach so expect a $30 taxi every time but its a great place to stay if you're staying or working in the downtown area. I highly recommend it.

we have stayed here 3 times now - both for business and pleasure. the room was good size, clean and really comfortable and we also like the location. but we were there over a weekend and it was SO LOUD thru the middle of the night which must have been people coming home from the club upstairs - people loud in the hallways (drunk talk, slamming room […] doors), and even though we were on the top floor we could hear the noise of people leaving outside as well. the pool are is fantastic! however, the tiles around the pool are so SLIPPERY - we literally witnessed one person wipe out, crack his head and the ambulance had to come and we saw several other people nearly do the same thing each day. don't understand why they would have tiles like that because it must happen a lot. room service is hit or miss - we only had breakfast but one time it was extremely salty and the other time they forgot half of our order. as of now we are sort of on the fence whether or not we will stay there next time - we really like it but was just hard to get any good sleep with the noise. Because Hotels.com gave us such a great discount we were given a room in the residential part of the hotel, which was even better because we had access to the whole hotel. The service was still great and we had an even better view (43rd floor). This hotel is great for adults, the pool area is very quiet and serene and there are barely any families with […] children. The food and room service was delicious just be aware that they add gratuity to everything! Even when you just request water and ice. Loved the hotel itself. Gorgeous pool. Great Staff. Breathtaking views from of Miami from the pool level. Nicely decorated room--decor lacked a little warmth though. However, the mattress was a dealbreaker. My husband and I visited relatives prior to going to Miami for a day. We stayed at one of the inexpensive chains. The mattress there was far better […] than the one at the Viceroy. Whoever bought the mattresses was more interested in cost-cutting than customer comfort. The mattress was literally the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my life. We were just glad that we only stayed for one night. Also the bed itself seemed to be made of cheap materials. You could put one hand on the canopy and the entire bed would shake. If they changed their mattresses, we'd definitely stay there again. Read more

They met us at the door, and had a seamless transition of service. The rooms are fabulous with the best bathrooms we've seen. Infiniti pool and spa are beatiful. The women at the Cafe were very welcoming and memorable. They truly did their best to make your stay perfect here. The location is good, in the middle of downtown in the business district with […] adequate restaurants around. They have Illy expresso in the room, and the gym was the best that we saw on our trip. Lovely location with easy access to other areas, easy walk to Brickell Village and Bayside and always felt safe. Hotel very clean, rooms spacious with great view. My husband & I were in Miami for a basketball game (Miami Heat vs. LA Lakers). The hotel was close enough for us to walk (about a 15 minute walk). We were there as part of our honeymoon, so we were given a free upgrade. The room was beautiful - we ended up with a 1 bedroom suite, with 1.5 baths & a balcony that extended the entire length of our room. […] The rooftop pool was gorgeous (one cold, one warm & one hot) - unfortunately we didn't get a chance to swim because they closed at dusk. We went for dinner on 10th street, which was a very short walk away (highly recommend the Italian restaurant). After returning from dinner we thanked the on-duty manager for his recommendation & were rewarded with a complimentary drink from him in either of their restaurants/club 50. We went to the rooftop restaurant & received fantastic service. The only complaints I have are - the street noise (but, what can you expect in downtown Miami?). Also, there was a constant sound of running water - I'm not sure if that was because we were on the floor right below the pool though. Finally, our alarm clock went off at 1am. I'm not sure if it was a prank or an accident by the last guest. All things considered, we loved this hotel - fantastic service, great location, beautiful building - we would definitely stay at the Viceroy again if we ever end up in Miami. Read more

Fiquei muito bem instalado. O Viceroy é um hotel muito confortável e com boa vizinhança. Tive um pequeno problema, pois a arrumadeira jogou no lixo algumas coisas que eu não gostaria que ela tivesse jogado fora, mas nada de valor monetário. Tirando isso, tive uma ótima experiência no hotel.
