The hotel itself is great. Rooms are trendy and comfortable. Surrounding location is super for dining, after-dinner entertainment with the Brickell restaurant/bar complex within an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. The fitness club is first class, but a […] little complicated to get to since you have to go up to the roof where the pool is, walk outside about 100 yards to the entrance to a condo highrise, then go down a floor in that high rise to reach the gym - it's not the hotel's gym. I could not believe the size of the room and the beautiful appointment of furniture and room decor. Did not expect the mini kitchenette with an espresso machine. Was there for one night and too short of a time to appreciate it all. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is spectacular with its glass, mirrors and sleek flooring. An incredible surprise.

While the hotel staff is very friendly and proud of their property, I found the hotel to be resting on its laurels of earlier years of success. While the rooms were well appointed, the furniture and walls showed signs of wear and tear. I would never stay at this place. decore is dreadfull, i you were not depressed when you got there, you are sure to be depressed when you leave. Room service cost $80 for 2 salads and 2 small plates of coocked veggies. I would never stay at this place ever.

Wow, what a place, what a room I had You must have a balcony over looking the water. I had suite upgraded for Free. Spotless, beautiful, The bed so comfortable. The service was great !!! Dog Friendly with a great dog park attached. Great restaurants around there. A dream, signed hotel snob.

Viceroy Miami is an amazing hotel! It is beautifully designed, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I didn't even take my rental car out of valet during my stay, plenty of places were within walking distance. The staff was friendly, easy check in and out. Fast valet service. We stayed in a suite for 8 days, we experienced the worst service we have ever had in a Hotel. The concierge service is the worst, she sent us to one of the top Restaurants in Miami (that we sugested) saying that they never take a reservation, we arived and we had to wait three hours because this Restaurant never takes anyone without a reservation. Big improvement over the dated Hyatt. Close to Brickell and downtown offices. Room was very refined and elegant. The complex is a little spread out and was not the easy to navigate. Overall nice facility.

Viceroy is about 15minutes from the Miami Int'l Airport which wasn't bad for me and that fact that my meetings where scheduled in downtown Miami, it was easy for me to access everywhere and attend my meetings promptly. Moreso, thye hotel customer service was excellent from my arrival till departure. I would definitely be there again..

Visited in May 2010 for a conference and was very impressed with this beautiful boutique hotel. The 15th floor pool and hot-tub is to die for. Also enjoyed a lovely meal at Eos. Fantastic service and amazing value for less than the big chain hotels nearby.

This is a luxurious, ultra modern hotel with all expected conveniences and comforts. The room was a large suite with a comfortable bed and espresso machine in it. The spa, pools, and fitness centre were outstanding. While wonderful, I found the opulence and luxurious nature of the hotel uncomfortable and over the top. Personally, as an immigrant, working […] class kid “made good”, I am uncomfortable in such settings. I prefer to carry my own bags, turn down my own bed, and come and go without excessive acknowledgement and obsequiesnous from the hotel staff. Alt var perfekt hos Viceroy. Havde bestil en junior-suite, men blev opgraderet til en super lækker suite, som klart kan anbefales at prøve. Man får virkelig meget for pengene her - og det kommer fra en som er vant til luksushoteller og som har rejst meget både forretnings -og privatmæssigt. Har aldrig anmeldt, eller anbefalet et hotel offentligt før, […] men Viceroy er virkelig i top på alle områder og specielt set i forhold til prisen. I øvrigt kan det anbefales for turister at have et super værelse her til billigere pris end på South Beach og så bruge lidt småpenge på taxa frem og tilbage når det er nødvændigt. Read more
