Check in was horrible . I did not enjoyed my room. Service and parking was deplorable . Paid 36.00 for valet to park car. Only they can park your vehicle. when I arrive to hotel,they sold my room. I was reguested and book 2 queens with sofa but they sold all that rooms and they had only one king room avail.They didnt even upgrade or do anything. "Epic Fail"
he ido al Epic mas de 7 veces, desgraciadamente el Hotel ya no es cinco estrellas, es cuando mucho cuatro. El hotel esta ya muy viejo y abandonado, el mobiliario se ve viejo y no esta cuidado, la alberca tenia moho y no tenia mosaico (se estaba cayendo), las coladeras de la alberca estaban tapadas y tenian moho verde, las tuberías goteaban desde el […] techo, el valet tardaba media hora en traer el coche y la cola para estacionarse era de al menos 25 mins, la cola le daba vuelta a la manzana DIARIO, el marmol del baño con moho, todo era un desastre de mantenimiento, nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación y todas estaban igual de mal mantenidas. la alfombra vieja y sucia, el hotel esta muy mal! próxima vez mejor me quedo en el Mandarin, ahi si hay mantenimiento. Das Hotel hat jeden einzelnen seiner 5 Sterne verdient. Modern, zeitlos schick – einfach empfehlenswert. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und freundlich, die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel sehr sauber. Ein Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen – Sehr bequemes Kingsize Bett, großer Flatscreen an der Wand, PC mit Internetverbindung im Zimmer, WLAN im gesamten Hotel ohne […] Aufpreis verfügbar. Stylisches Badezimmer mit großer Rainfall-Dusche, großer Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken, die Toilette war separat. Gute Klimaanlage, vor allem sehr leise. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Safe. Auf der 16. Etage gibt es einen Pool mit zahlreichen Liegen, einen kleinen, aber mit modernen Geräten ausgestatteten Fitnessraum, einen Spa Bereich und ein Restaurant. Überall im Hotel findet man frische Äpfel, morgens kann man in der Lobby kostenlos Kaffee und Tee genießen. Wenn man sein Auto über Nacht in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage stehen lässt, kostet dies 30 $ pro Nacht. Hier könnte man prüfen, ob nicht in der näheren Umgebung ein günstigeres Parkhaus vorhanden ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, das nächste Mal würden wir dieses Hotel allerdings eher zum Ende unserer Reise buchen. Die Messlatte ist nach dem Besuch dieses Hotels sehr hoch gelegt.
