I was very satisfied with my stay. I never had been a guest at this chain before, and due to lack of available occupancy in Miami, I tried it out. Staff is extremely courteous, the amenities are there, and it's location can't be better: walking distance from so many places. I recommend.

It was a great experience. I had booked a two beds room through Expedia, but somehow hotel had only one bed room for my party. When I showed them the receipt, they provided me two single bed rooms for the same price - Great customer service, I think :)!

The front desk was very nice and helpful. The location is great if you want to visit downtown Miami. Short walk to the Metromover and Metrorail. Non Smoking room was clean. Shower pressure sucked but that wasn't a make or break for me. Overall I was satisfied and would stay there again for that price.

The hotel itself is in Downtown, which is really convenient. The room was clean, the hotel was in good shape, and the staff was really friendly. There's also a Walgreens across the street which is great since the room had a fridge, microwave, and even plates/utensils.

As soon as I walked in the hotel it smelled moldy, im guessing the air conditioner was leaking since there was a fan facing it, that was really the only thing that bothered me but then again that is a bad thing since that smell could probably affect my lungs in some way. We stayed here for 3 days during the ultra music festival and it was a great crash pad after dancing all day in the Miami sun. There was a Walgreens conveniently within walking distance so thats where we got our food and water for the three days. We stayed two nights here this last weekend for Ultra. The hotel was clean and convenient to a walgreens across the street and the free Metro runner is 2 blocks away. The room is a little small considering that it has a full kitchen. Most hotels triple their prices during Ultra Music Festival for disgusting rat hole hotels, so it was nice to see a newer hotel for a decent price. Hey - it wasn't the Taj Mahal, but we were not there to hang out in the room. Great price, killer location and the staff was great. If you can overlook lilac walls and yellow tile floors, this place is the bomb!

Eight of my girlfriends and I stayed here for a night before we departed for a cruise.The hotel was close to the Port of Miami (maybe 2-3 miles) which made for a cheap cab ride. The hotel lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. They had over booked the two double bed rooms so instead of getting two of these rooms as planned, they gave us 4 single […] bed rooms at no extra charge...totally fine with me! They were very accommodating. Each of our rooms had a mini kitchen and a desk which was nice. My only complaints were that our rooms were supposed to be non smoking but all 4 of the rooms they gave us smelled like smoke and the beds were very hard. I do think this hotel was pretty good considering our budget and the fact that most hotels in Miami are rather expensive. At any rate, the hotel lobby and rooms were pretty clean and while I wasn't blown away, I would consider staying here again. Read more

Great service. Hotel was clean and look great inside and out. Front desk was fast and answered all my questions. Neighborhood was a little scary at night but the hotel was very secure wrapped around security fence with gate.

Overall it was fine and represented good value for money. One cannot help but wonder though if the readily available alternative of the Hampton Court would have been more convenient and value for money (Gym, breakfast etc).

O hotel é razoável. O fato de ter uma cozinha completa me chamou a atenção. A localização é ótima, fica praticamente no centro. Mas eu acho que não vale o preço, apesar de tudo. Os pontos negativos: A cama é ruim, as mantas e cobertores são finos e ruins, desconfortável. O hotel não disponibiliza limpeza todos os dias, a cada 7 dias você ganha uma limpeza […] grátis. Mas a limpeza não foi muito boa. Depois que foi feita uma limpeza, uma das toalhas que foram repostas, veio com um cabelo enorme dentro, cabelo de mulher e grosso. Porém toalha estava limpa, deve ter misturado na hora de lavar e a faxineira não deve ter visto na hora de dobrar, enfim, acontece, mas deve ser notado. Um funcionário do hotel em especial, se eu não me engano o nome dele é Chris, um ótimo funcionário, atencioso e prestativo. Vi (tvaa vuxna och en bebis) bodde paa hotellet som temoraert boende i vaentan paa egen laegenhet. Boendet fungerade bra foer det syftet, dvs temporaert boende med behov av vissa bekvaemligheter saa som kylskaap och pentry. Det aer dock inget boende jag skulle rekommendera foer en romantisk semesterresa.
