"RUDE Front Desk staff"
Front desk staff was extremely rude especially Jennifer. The staff needs to be trained on customer service. I found them very disrespectful and not great at communicating with customers. No staff at pool which was dirty with cigarette butts. No towels at pool.Genuine Expedia guest review
