"Not worth the money"
Unless you are looking for a cheap one night stay, I would not recommend this hotel. Whatever you do, don't pay for the Regency Club upgrade. Worst money I've spent in a long time. The Club lounge was four well worn leather chairs and a TV you couldn't change the channel on, shoved in a corner by the elevator. "Room Service needed"
Every thing was clean but a little dated. Everyone was very nice but the hard part was getting some one on the phone. I had to wait 25 min before could get some one to take our breakfast order. "Very close to every thong we needed"

"Hotel for an airport overnight"
I had expected a great hotel, after reading other reviews, but all I can say is it was fine. The location is good for anyone who needs to overnight near the airport for a morning flight. They have an airport shuttle bus that runs on the half-hour. The area around the hotel is not wonderful, but a short cab ride will take you to Coral Gables area where […] there are good restaurants and shopping. "I highly recommend the Regency Hotel in Miami"
We had on time 'free' shuttle service from the airport and then to the port for our cruise. The staff is excllent in all departments. Rooms were very clean, restaurant had wonderful food/service, the lounge was so much fun! They even showed my kids a bunch of magic tricks. "Airport Regency Hotel - Close to the airport"
What I like about this hotel is it's central location, close to the airport, and on the corner a bus stop to go either to the Internationa., Americas and Dolphin malls, and going east to Bayside, so you save a lot on the car rental. #PRÓS: O hotel é muito próximo ao aeroporto, possui transfer tanto para o aeroporto quanto para o Dolphin Mall (em alguns dias) e aceita receber encomendas (mas cobra taxa). #CONTRAS: O atendimento é muito inferior ao desejável. Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei lá, da primeira o recepcionista me informou errado o horário do café da manhã e eu acabei […] perdendo. Enquanto estava no quarto dormindo durante o dia, uma camareira bateu na porta e quase entrou. Motivo: Estava verificando se existia hospede (???). Desta vez, nem os horários o recepcionista me passou, tive que perguntar. Minha reserva tinha direito ao café colonial. O café é bom, tem frutas, croissant, torrada, iogurte... mas é a mesma coisa todos os dias. Nem as frutas mudam.. é abacaxi, melão verde, melão laranja e toranja.. TODOS OS DIAS! Fiquei por uma semana no hotel. Fora que para acessar o café da manhã é necessário um voucher (que eles também não me falaram no check in). Você tem que ir todos os dias na recepção pegar o tal do voucher para o café da manhã... não, eles não dão o voucher para todo o período da estadia. As camas dos quartos estão bem Usadas, super moles, ruim de se acomodar ou dormir sem sentir dor. O controle das encomendas é bem fraco, super possível de sumir alguma coisa que você comprou.. mas não aconteceu comigo. Das Hotel ist unglaublich - schlecht ! Niemals ein Zimmer in der 6.Etage nehmen, kaum Wasserdruck zum Duschen ! Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und quietschen. Die Klimageräte schaffen es nicht den Raum runterzukühlen und sind falsch eingestellt / montiert. Das Gerät pustet direkt auf das Bett neben der Anlage, sodass nicht nur das Geräusch sondern […] auch die Kälte uns zwangen das Gerät über Nacht auszustellen. Das Personal kann perfekt Spanisch sprechen, Englisch leider nicht so gut. Das Servicepersonal kann leider noch nicht mal Grüßen. Frühstück sehr "continental". Mi estancia fué de solo una noche para tomar un crucero, el Hotel queda el puerto de Cruceros de Miami y el Hotel facilita el transporte al puerto de Cruceros. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación y el transporte. No tuve oportunidad de visitar tu restaurante. El personal en general es muy amable, especialmente los botones y choferes de los microbuses. […] Me parece que al personal del Front Desk le hace falta más entrenamiento en su servicio. Deben sonreir más y mostrarse más amables aunque solo nos quedemos una noche. Les recomiendo visitar el mercado de las pulgas que queda a unos pasos y que opera los fines de semana. Ahí encontraran cositas que tal vez olvidaron para el crucero. A unas cuadras queda un supermercado donde pueden encontrar cositas para el crucero queda sobre la 7Sth y la 44 av se llama La Sorpresa. Para desayunar les recomiendo, como alternativa, el Latin Cafe que queda sobre Le Jeune casi al frente del hotel. Les recomiendo el restaurante "Catch of the Day" que queda al lado. Acredito q este seja o hotel mais perto do aeroporto de Miami. Realmente a localização é perfeita para quem leva muita bagagem. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, como 90% dos hotéis nos EUA entre 3 e 4 estrelas. Cama boa e chuveiro bom.
