It's a good place to spend the night before a cruise. They have a free shuttle to and from the Miami airport and the Miami cruise port. (The website... indicates there is a charge for the shuttle to the cruise port in the winter, but it was complementary). The room and bed were large. You can hear airplanes departing, but it was not loud enough to awaken us. There is no buisness center, so you cannot access the internet unless you bring your computer with you. (We did not try the wireless internet service). The closest restaurant is more than a mile away, so you are stuck with the restaurant onsite. My wife had a chicken salad which was mediocre at best. I had the steamed vegetables. They were horrible. One small steamer packet of vegetables would have tasted much better and been a larger serving. I could have had seven or eight steamer packets for the price of my entree We skipped breakfast preferring to eat some real food on the ship. While we waited for the shuttle the next morning, the other two couples going on a cruise also commented on how awful the food was at dinner. They said breakfast was slightly better. If I stay there again, I will pack my own dinner. by a Hotels.com guest on 02/08/12
