Very nice hotel; part of a complex of Marriott hotels. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I had a very comfortable and easy stay. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and timely. My room was large and up-to-date. The comment on the shuttle is more relevant for departure. I had to depart early in the morning as did (many) other guests. The hotel has yet to work out a system whereby they run sufficient shuttles for guests taking early flights. Once the shuttle is full with guests from one building, it does not go to the other building. When it returns, it picks […] up at the last building and neglects to attend to the travelers from the south building once it is full. Our shuttle buses run every 15 minutes starting at 5AM from every hotel located on the Campus and running until 1AM every day. If one shuttle bus is full then we do put on extra shuttle buses in order to accommodate the additional demand. Hotel was nice and vibrant, Reception was friendly and helpful and my room was clean and comfortable. My only complaints would be at least 4 or 5 flyers for pizza delivery pushed under my door every evening. My biggest gripe has to be the service at the downstairs sports bar. During my first visit there it was less than half empty. After 15mins I had […] to get off my chair and stop one the waiters who had previously walked by my on several occasions to ask for a menu. After another 10 minutes passed I was presented with one from another waiter but walked away without even taking a drinks order. This is a great place to relax and reflect after a five day cruise. The food coupled with excellent service from the staff makes this one day stay most enjoyable. Everything was as expected, very decent, nice, clean, but because I did not book directly through them, they gave me a room with a view of of their massive a/c unit and electrical.
