I was in town for the Cubs-Marlins game and there was a free trolley provided by the University of Miami next door that dropped us right off at the stadium. This was the worst guest experience i have ever had. The front desk assistant was very rude, and durning my stay none of them was helpful. The parking lot attendant told me it wasn't his job when i asked him how long it would take to get to the airport. The hotel room carpet smelled of urine, the room phone did not work, and the tv only had 4 channels. […] very bad service, very bad reception of the guest. You would think being across from a major hospital facility that this hotel would be up to date, cared for, and more appealing to consumers. Thank goodness I only had to stay one night. It was awful. The room smelled, very outdated, and there were Roaches everywhere. It said onine it had been recently remodled, maybe in 1970. First off, check in was fast, that is the only good thing for our short stay! Our room was facing I-95 & it was loud all night long, especially with large truck & motocycles zooming by. Get a room facing the front as opposed to the back facing the highway.
