Staff was cordial. My room was ready upon arrival around 1:00 p.m. Not need to wait till 3:00p.m. to check in. My room was very clean, T.V. worked and A.C. as well. Didn't have time to go to the pool but looked clean. The place was very quiet. Because is a block away from a major Hospital I rate the surrounding neighborhood 2 stars. This is an excellent location, offering shuttle service to the cruise ships sailing from the Port of Miami. It's on the edge of a medical university and not far from the downtown area. lets be honest: it is not the ideal hotel to enjoy the building itself or the pool area, but its perfect to the 100% brazilians that goes to Miami to shop all day long.
