Within walking distance to Jackson Memorial. Room was cleaned. Nice open patio restaurant with big flat screen tv was able to watch the basketball game. Slow service. Good for 1 night stay. Food decent.

Hotel is siting on the freeway, was in bad condition in need of a repaint, renovation and a good clean. It had a group of permanent residents and run down salon shops on the main floor that gave it a cheap feeling.

This hotel was not very well put together. Our tub would not drain and we couldn't use it the last night we were at this hotel. Also, this hotel is very close to the Miami ghetto and walking back from downtown Miami was troubling.

The cleanliness of the room was okay but the condition of the construction needs attention. Also, my room was across the aisle from the laundry room and it was very noisey. Also I was charged $25.00 for the shuttle to the airport because I needed to be there two hours before my departure which was scheduled for 6:30 a. m. This place is a dump. Dirty and smelly everywhere. Noisy - right next to the freeway. Computer was out of order. Weight room was out of order. Only perk - could walk to Marlins Park from it. Stay somewhere else.

I regret staying here. The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was quite loud and barely cooled the room down. The fire alarm went off at 4:30am and it rang constantly for over 20min. The hotel appearance was more run down than the picture showed. It was in the middle of the medical district and only a 10-15 min drive to South Beach. The room had a distinct odor when we walked into the room. Soon to find out that there was black mold on the walls where the wallpaper border was coming up. The actual wallpaper was coming up as well. […] The room did not provide a refridgerator or microwave. The bathroom was clean and was super small. The door clearanced barely missed the toilet. The hotel advertised that they had done costly renovations, but I couldn't see any. The restaurant menu was Greek and was delicious and reasonably priced. We tried to switch room, front desk didn't really take care of it. Service was very poor, not really friendly/ welcoming... Surrounding neighborhood: we couldn't find a general grocery store in that area... But besides that, its very close to the airport, Ddowntown Miami and Highway.

Hotel is convenient to airport. Shuttle runs on the hour which might not best fit schedule. Staff seem to be capable and efficient. There is a decent restaurant at the hotel. Food is good but it lacks a little in cleanliness. If you only need one night to catch a cruise or flight and you're not real fussy this might work fo you.

This hotel was the spiritual equivalent of every beat-down hotel the protagonist of gritty crime novels has to stay in. The carpet felt like astro-turf with horrible discolorations. The air conditioner temperature control knobs had somehow been ripped off and the smoke-free room requested had an ash tray as a decoration as well as the heavy permeating […] aroma of the hundreds of smokers that came before us. The pillows had no pillow cases and inexplicably the curtains overlooking the pool would not close all the way. The television had five working channels and by working I mean you could see them if you wanted to deal with the lines of interference. Low quality but cheap. You get what you pay for. Fairly close to the airport. Right next to the freeway, thus noisy, however, the louder AC unit drowns out the car noise. Would recommend only if you needed for over night and is tight on budget.

I have never stayed in a less than 4 star hotel before, so my expectations were low for this hotel and it is just what you pay for ... initially I was happy with just having my room cleaned everyday - but coming down to the end of my stay, the room was not cleaned everyday, in fact after thanksgiving shopping I had to take out my own garbage for a few […] days. The toilet was not cleaned, tissue paper not replenished and the cleaning staff hardly spoke English, if at all. Internet was down for a few days and on inquiry, the reception staff seemed upset about us even asking about it. Honestly, the hotel was just a place to sleep for me as I never made use of their facilities (pool, exercise room etc), but would have settled for some friendlier staff all around. This motel was nothing like the picture. There were full time residents at this motel and the pool was dirty, ice was hard to find and the freeway (that wasn't mentioned) was no more than 200 ft away. This place was the cheapest I could find and one of the reasons I chose it was because of the free airport shuttle. if you're on a really, really tight budget....you should not complain.... bring a lot of lysol wipes and don't walk barefoot on your room.... staff at the reception weren't courteous, you were more of a "blah" to them, paid attention to "friends" chatting with them..
