"clean room but so-so service"
the things I wanted to mention is that (1) the hotel charge 13 dollar parking fee which is not properly disclosed at the time of booking which could have changed my decision to book this hotel (2) the hotel is under renovation until the end of 2012 which makes the surroundings less desirable (3)I had bad experience when I am ready to leave the parking […] lot. The front desk told me at check in that they will charge me on the card for 13 dollar parking fee, but there is no system communicating between the hotel and the guard at the door. Staying at this hotel was an unhappy experience. Desk staff was curt & unfriendly. Couldn't answer our questions as reservations were made through a third party. One room had no air conditioning, the other was 65 degrees and couldn't be made warmer. Desk was notified more than once but no one came to check situation. Shuttle driver unhelpful and rude. "Bom cafe da manha e perto do aeroporto"
Fica bem localizado pra quem tem carro e quer fazer paseios como zoo, seaquarium, etc. Fica pertinho do aeroporto. Cafe da manha e' honesto e quebra o galho, bem razoavel. "Noite dos horrores -crownie"
Chegamos nesse hotel por volta das 19:30, com 2 crianças, 5 anos e 1 ano. Fizemos o check in, pois iríamos viajar novamente ás 2 da manha. Percebemos que varias pessoas faziam o check in e recebiam suas chaves, e nos continuávamos aguardando no saguão do hotel. As crianças estavam extremamente cansadas e com fome. Já eram 10 h da noite e o nosso quarto […] ainda nao tinha sido liberado. Fomos pessimamente Atendidos e humilhados pelos atendente, principalmente um chamado Erick. Dizia que nao podia fazer nada e que lamentava pelas crianças e mandou chamar o segurança para nos tirar do balcão de atendimento. Havia uma Sra. De uns 80 anos na mesma situação, chorando bastante. O segurança se sensibilizou com a situação e permaneceu no balcão conosco. Na verdade o hotel nao tinha quarto disponíveis para a quantidade de reservas feitas. Fomos entrar no quarto por volta de meia noite e meia para tomar banho e sair novamente. Foi a noite mais horrível da viagem. Cansaço físico, humilhação, estresse ... Nao recomendo pra ninguem.
