"In downtown but prepare to wait for your car..."
The hotel was good. Hotel has no parking so we left the car with the valet which costs extra and seems under-staffed. We left the car in the valet service and in two occasions we had a long wait for the car.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Convenient"

"Disappointed"
The Concierge and Valets were great, very service friendly and helpful. Other than that the room was less than desirable. Bad floor plan, weird shutter on the closet, tub had to be repaired at check-in, not comfortable setting at all. Renovations definitely needed. I won't be going back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I stayed for the Christmas weekend with my mom and kids. Everything was lovely. At checkin they upgraded one of our rooms to a suite so the 3 kids (2 college, 1 teenager) would be more comfortable. "The Hotel Hyatt Regency down town Miami"
The hotel was very clean. The people at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I was upgraded to a suit, without paying any extra cost. I ask for a courteous upgrade.
