Great access to I-75 and to the Miromar Outlet Mall (fantastic deals). The included breakfast - full breakfast - and evening manager's special are fantastic add-ons. The free shuttle provides fantastic access to all amenities in Coconut Point and Bonita. Room carpets could use a cleaning. Rooms were pleasantly quiet given the fact that windows open […] to the main court in the centre of the hotel (always remember to close the curtains). "Quietest Air Conditioner Around!"
I have stayed at this hotel twice, and will be staying again very soon. Here's why. 1. I usually take my perfectly soft down pillow on every trip I make. However, I can leave it home when I stay here. There is a perfectly soft pillow that is DOUBLE PILLOWCASED! And nothing touches you but the sheets on the very comfortable beds. 2. I dislike when there […] is an air conditioning unit at the window that is noisy and blows on the bed. At this Embassy Suites, the AC is a central unit, is relatively quiet, and is controllable! 3. This hotel is far enough away (about 10 miles) from Fort Myers Airport (RSW) to not be a worn out airport hotel, yet close enough so I can hop on I-75 and easily make my typical 6:40AM departure. And that includes returning my rental car! 4. The staff is excellent without being annoying--their smiles are genuine, and their attitudes are service oriented. 5. Although a full blown omelet service is available for breakfast (complimentary), the chef was only too happy to make "one egg over easy" for me each morning. 6. The coffee at breakfast was adequate, but I do not enjoy the coffee in the room. I'm not sure if it is the coffee or the coffee maker. I usually bring my own grind, or pick some up locally to prepare in the room. The coffee cups in the room are paper/disposable, but you can bring a real mug up from the main kitchen.
