This hotel's customer service has been one of the best I have witnessed. No excuses was made. The willingness and for me what it came right down to it,... the attitude. Last two weeks I traveled by road 3210 miles. If this is the Hotel in Minot, located a little bit north of Highway 94, on a hill side near a little car lot. It was cleaner then most hotels I stayed in. The lady behind the counter when i checked in greeted me with a genuine smile, and the morning guy almost jumped out of his chair to help me check out, gives me only one choice. If I am in Minot again this hotel gets my business. I really don't care about price, though it does help. For me it is all about attitude and service. by a Hotels.com guest on 05/17/13

Our room was very clean and comfertable, used it 5 days as headquarters for our vacation while driving out from there to do our visiting and site seeing.

The room in general was acceptable, clean and with a comfortable bed and room temperature. Staff pleasant. I had to climb 3 sets of stairs several times; not fun. The refrigerator froze my food and made it unfit for consumption; very disappointed. The room was overcharged by 50 % because management has taken advantage of "the oil boom" in the western […] part of the state. I don't own an oil well and I don't make "oil wages". I will do everything in my power to stay away from Minot motels. Read more

I was pleased with our stay at this motel. I hadn't stayed at a S8 in several years. This one was at a premium, since the city was flooding. (the charge was the highest - of our trip, 3rd location). Having a recliner, no charge?, and breakfast was a welcome addition. The room was quiet and clean.

Room was clean and was available when we wanted to check in early. Not close to the mall but Minot is easy to get around and not very big so location really not an issue.

The hotel was fine except the breakfast area in the morning could use more space. As it is, the breakfast is available in the lobby of the hotel which makes it a little crowded if you have several people using the services. otherwise, everything else was fine.
