Quality of the service was excellent. We asked for more towels and got them instantly. The suites were perfect for our situation - 2 queen size beds and a sofa that made into a queen. "Worth the price - nice staff"
Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. We'd stay there again. All areas of the hotel where nice and clean except the 1st floor carpeted areas where dirty and bubbling up in spots. "Good hotel for family"

The indoors pool and jacuzzi were great, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is a REAL breakfast, not just coffee and donuts as at some other places. This was our first time staying at a Country Inn and Suites anywhere. We were traveling for a wedding and did not want to stay in a cheap budget motel as they all had pretty dreadful reviews. The lobby was clean and decorated very nicely. Our room was about average size but decorated nicely and very clean. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well […] maintained. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection of items from scrambled eggs and sausage to fresh waffles, bagels and cereal. They had one staff person there to keep the food and drinks freshly stocked so that nothing ever ran out. We were impressed with the selection and happy to not have to stop somewhere else to eat on the way to the wedding. We did not realize until we were leaving the next morning and saw all the cars in the parking lot that the hotel was quite full, we had made comments that morning about how quiet it had been. We had a one-bedroom suite with two beds and a pull-out couch (which we didn't use). The room was very comfortable for the four of us and we all slept great. Breakfast was pretty standard, coffee was great! Nice staff. True "cons": The bathroom did not have a fan. The pool was much smaller than it looked in pictures online and seems like it could use […] some updating. There isn't anything within walking distance of the hotel, and, while the highway noise didn't bother us, I could see it bothering people who are used to sleeping in silence. We stayed here with our girl scout troop for the Camporee at Hersheypark. It was a really good value. It was nicer than I was expecting. The staff was friendly and allowed us to use the breakfast room for a pizza party. The pool was a huge hit with the girls. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was really clean. There were three pillows per bed - I think […] 4 would be better in case there are four people in a room and everyone needs two pillows. The toiletries were good - I've stayed at a hotel where the soap and shampoo were so bad we had to go out and buy some, that wasn't a problem here. I would be willing to stay here again.
